You don’t get into an auto accident every day, so when you are involved in a collision, we understand that the process of filing insurance claims and getting your car repaired can be confusing.
That’s why we make the process as clear and streamlined as possible as we work to restore your car to its pre-accident condition. Your car is an investment and it’s our job to protect it the best way possible – with superior workmanship and an eye for detail.
From the moment you arrive, you’ll be greeted by a staff member who will work with you to provide a comprehensive itemized damage report and repair estimate drawing from a database with information on more than 14 million parts from every make and model of vehicle from the 1960’s to today.
Our highly trained staff of ASE-certified repair technicians use state-of-the-art equipment, techniques and materials to assure a quality of workmanship that can’t be found at most body shops.
We strive for attention to detail so you get your vehicle back looking like it did before your accident, if not better. We perform a 22-point inspection of your vehicle – including horns, tail lamps, air conditioning, radio, heating, engine gauges, cleanliness, power locks, trunks, windows and fuel doors – to be assured that the work we promised when you brought it to us has been done to factory specifications or better.
Plus, we know that cars can get quite dusty in the process of being repaired, which is why we clean them so thoroughly that they look like they just rolled out of the showroom – not an auto body shop. We clean inside and out, engine compartments, under-carriage and trunks.
That is why we’re a preferred auto repair shop for many major insurance companies as part of their Direct Repair Program.
Collision damage isn’t just about fenders and frames. That’s why our highly trained, certified technicians are also experts in windshields and window replacement and repair for every year, make and model of vehicle on the road. (more…)
Paintless dent repair is designed to stretch the metal back to it’s original shape, allowing technicians to remove dings, dents and creases without the need to apply paint over the vehicle’s factory paint job.
In most cases, this procedure involves the use of specialized tools which apply pressure to the backside of the vehicle’s panel to remove surface imperfections. Damage may also be repaired by bonding a “tab” or other device to the exterior of the panel and pulling the dent from the topside. By using either of these techniques, the technician is able to restore panel appearance, thus eliminating the need for refinishing the panel’s surface area. (more…)
